		<description>It's true. Currently, our designer is being quite secretive, but he has told us that he's "working on something". Apparently he will reveal all when he's polished it up.

However, I have run into another problem. Dani has unfortunately left our ranks. 

So... I will now need to find an &lt;i&gt;entirely new team&lt;/i&gt;.</description>

Some of the greatest innovation comes from small, forward-thinking teams.  Usually, it's the small teams that are more willing to go the extra mile, and do something a little different - and it does pay off.
